Frank Craig
Frank is a businessman and lawyer. He has co-founded and created Craig Realty,
LLP Real Estate Company. Craig Realty is
focused on buying, selling, and developing sustainable Real Estate. Frank is a certified LEED associate, licensed
Realtor, and is soon to receive a graduate certificate in Applied
Sustainability from Boston University.
He has represented purchasers, sellers, and corporations in real estate
transactions and has negotiated commercial leases (including “Green” leases),
drafted condominium documents to establish trusts and has drafted association by-laws.

John R. Craig
John is a
licensed general contractor with over 25 years of experience in the
construction industry, specifically in residential home improvement. His focus
has been on increasing the efficiency of a customer’s home or building. John
has a catalogue of vendors and suppliers of sustainable products for use in
improving dwelling and commercial spaces. John is also a Lieutenant in the
Waltham Fire Department and has expertise in the safety concerns associated with construction.
